Implemented, contributed to and owned several backend services managing the lifecycle of the chatbot and the NLU model training & execution. First within a CloudFoundry/Python/Django/SAP Hana stack, later, after SAPs acquisition of Recast.AI, with an AWS +K8/RubyOnRails/Python/Postgres stack. Took care of fulfilling corporate product requirements for compliance and security to successfully release the product. Designed CAI's FAQ component which reduced the creation time for FAQ bots from days to minutes. After SAPs acquisition of Recast.AI the implementation of features and best-practices to incorporate the acquired tech-stack into SAP's environment became my focus.
