### Senior Product Designer @ Cisco
Jan 2022 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area
Initiated UX strategy for workflow automation using AI agents, building task queues, fluid dashboards and collaborated with data scientists & dev team.

Developed the information architecture for AppDynamics' / Cisco's new Full Stack Observability Platform for ITOps, Developers and SREs to conduct troubleshooting, mitigation, RCA etc. Conceptualized platform experience for data ingestion, transformation, management, configuration and cross domain data correlation. Managed assemblage of large prototype to convey to stakeholders the user flow for data search, exploration, health rules configuration and alerting.

Drove extensibility features like the platform store for plug-ins, extensions and services as well as subscription and installation flows. Created design guidelines for seamlessly adding new data categories to the existing product navigation, tables, input flows and data visualizations, preserving the established product experience.  

Created framework for data visualization, which included widget library, guidelines for dashboard layouts, responsive scaling, customizable drill down behavior and dashboard customization. Furthermore extended the design system by providing specs and guidelines.
