I'm an Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, where I lead a talented team of 8 engineers focused on building AI-driven workflows (Internal marketing agent- IMA) to automate marketing operations and streamline campaign creation. I joined LinkedIn in September 2019 as a Senior Software Engineer, was promoted to Staff Engineer, and eventually transitioned into engineering management.

My journey has spanned work across Big Data Engineering and the Marketing Technology Engineering (MTE) org. From building scalable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems—saving over 90k engineering hours—to leading critical taxonomy standardization efforts across cross-functional teams and leveraging AI to automate marketing workflows adding directly to accountability margin, I’ve consistently delivered solutions that are technically sound and business impactful.

Before LinkedIn, I worked at Siemens, where I helped develop data-intensive applications for utility companies. These included Load Forecasting (to predict transformer loads) and Equipment Load Management (to optimize asset utilization). These systems processed terabytes of data using a modern big data stack—Java, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Hive, Kafka, Elasticsearch—and visualization tools like Kibana, QlikView, and BIRT.

Beyond execution, I’m deeply passionate about people. I believe every individual is different and brings something unique to the table. I am striving and building my skills and expertise to identify and help amplify that.
