# Stella Ding > Product designer who bringing clarity to complexity Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/stellading As a designer, I specialize in untangling complexity to bring clarity. I approach every challenge with deep thoughtfulness and a sense of humor. One side of my brain is rooted in strategy and product thinking, ensuring design decisions are made intentionally at the messy intersection of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. I think in systems and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive toward a shared vision of the ideal user experience. The other side of my brain is obsessed with craft and quality. I focus on turning complexity into simplicity through pixel-perfect precision in execution and iterative feedback loops that continuously evolve the product. I deeply believe that the pursuit of design is, ultimately, the pursuit of quality. With experience spanning startup incubation to enterprise transformation, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how user experience fits into the broader context of building successful businesses. This perspective allows me to know when to prioritize rapid iteration versus foundational work, and how to adapt my design approach based on organizational maturity as well as user sophistication. Most importantly, I never forget to have fun when sprinting forward. Building product is a team sports and marathon. Only when I enjoy myself, I can focus on building an excellent product with a badass crew. Let’s go! ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ EvenUp Jan 2025 – Present EvenUp's mission is to close the justice gap using technology and AI.
