I get excited about opportunities to truly and directly make a positive impact on people's lives and the world. ## Work Experience ### Senior Frontend Software Engineer @ UL Research Institutes Jan 2024 – Present | Florida, United States • Designed and implemented all user invite and management capability within the NERIS app, enabling all kinds of fire departments across the US to signup and manage users. This also involved creating high fidelity designs within Figma, as well as analyzing and finding several security improvements that were implemented. • Led several initiatives to improve CI and software quality including implementing several Github workflows, integrating and instrumenting our app with Sentry, integrating and implementing various end to end tests using playwright (including axe for accessibility). • Led, architected, and implemented major features within the NERIS app including incident form creation, edit, and printing of large and complex resources, API key management for app integrations, and department data management and geospatial visualizations. This involved managing tickets and work for other developers and designing reusable abstractions for use with React Server Components. and server actions. ### Frontend Engineer @ Primer Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | London Area, United Kingdom • Architected, implemented, and managed our no-code checkout customization product.
