Took the lead QA role in the initial release of several features and products - ranging from data tracking tools, automated processes, web applications, desktop applications, and several feature updates to complex legacy tools.
Tackled existing test cases for several existing tools - updating, rewriting and expanding them to fill in a number of gaps in test coverage, and collaborated with the rest of the QA team to improve the approach to writing test cases.
Developed an automation framework in C# utilizing Selenium for the largest, most utilized web based tool for care center agents, and much of the development teams.
Lead documentation efforts for both new and legacy tools, as well as maintain existing documentation.
Developed a tool in python that interacts with external apis to facilitate faster testing on the product that utilizes them.
