Creative direction & leadership

Manage several key accounts while ensuring the overall success of the design team. Meet regularly with designers to ensure that high quality design and UX work is being delivered on time, and that resource needs are being met. Spearhead initiatives in user research, developer handoff, design & UX processes, and processes for internal design and marketing needs.

Research & design

Lead UX and design of native phone apps and responsive websites. Shape design and business strategy. Develop user testing strategy, moderate interviews, and oversee analysis. Create and contribute to existing design systems, including the design of illustrations, interactions, and animations. Oversee asset production, code styling, and design QA.

Client management

Work closely with key stakeholders to define key business objectives, and develop product design roadmaps. Engage product owners early in the UX and design process to facilitate translation of strategic goals into digital product design.
