As a UX Researcher, I plan and execute user research activities, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys. I analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user behavior patterns and communicate findings to stakeholders through engaging presentations and reports. Collaborate with recruiters to schedule study sessions to ensuring a smooth research process. Additionally, I summarize and analyze existing research and market trends, continuously improving my knowledge and understanding of the product space.

During my time as a UX Researcher at CVS Health, I collaborated with various stakeholders to determine appropriate UX research methods that would achieve both business and design goals. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I implemented a variety of remote methods to obtain customer feedback, including data analysis, usability studies, and task analysis. To ensure research quality and best practices, I provided usability session moderation training and feedback to the team's UX designers. Working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Research, I identified research methods and created future directions for CVS's websites and mobile apps. I also collaborated with other UX researchers to create and maintain a knowledge repository, resulting in the company's growth in research and development.

As a UX Design Intern at Pegasystems, I developed both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, utilizing alternative methods to enhance the user experience. I conducted one-on-one interviews to pinpoint issues in the onboarding process for new hires and proposed workable solutions. In addition, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, to gather requirements for product features. I also took part in SCRUM methodology planning sessions to ensure a coordinated approach between design and development teams. I identified areas for improvement in one of the applications' design and recommended solutions to address competitive gaps.
