- Designed the process for transitioning clients from a V1 automation onto a V2 system and coordinated with Program Managers, Technical Account Managers, and other engineers to migrate customers onto the new automation
- Built system for updating transaction fields with "real-time" data from healthcare automation runs and worked with the regulatory team to build client-facing operation dashboards that provide visualizations for data processing outcomes.
- Completed a large scale refactoring of data ingestion logic and error handling to move from single record processing to bulk ingestion, greatly improving run times (30K records processing from 48hrs -> 37m).

CX Foundational Programs Team (Previously)
- Developed and maintained the CX cloning tool used to replicate projects/dashboards across data centers and brands, reducing setup times for customer-facing implementation teams and testing teams. 
- Collaborated with widgets team to add benchmark comparisons to number and gauge charts, which provided better data visualizations in dashboards and addressed a top customer pain point

to create a self-balancing bicycle that will be able to ride on a predetermined
