# Stephanie Yu > Lead Product Designer at Redfin Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/stephanieyu I’m a curious designer who gets excited about learning and understanding how people think and act, through the lens of UX. I’ve had experience working across both customer facing and internal software - crafting exploratory and usability research studies to understand users’ needs, creating and envisioning strategic initiatives through thoughtful design, and building impactful designs that grow the business in partnership with product, research, and engineering. I think a lot about my responsibility as a designer to empower teams and products to think about accessibility and inclusion in the work we do. I graduated in 2018 with a Human Centered Design Engineering: Human-Computer Interaction and Psychology at the University of Washington. I’m always interested in hearing about fascinating opportunities.
