Fjord is a Service Design agency apart of Accenture consulting. We work on projects with clients who need strategic guidance on how to stay on top of changing service landscapes and engage their users in a meaningful way.

My role on these projects is to understand what our clients need and create a tailored approach to solving their problems, alongside them. With clients in industries such as finance, retail, travel, insurance, and health, they struggle to balance business needs with customer centricity. Armed with explorative design research, collaborative ideation, iterative design, agile development, and multidisciplinary teams, we're able to utilise design thinking to solve complex business problems.
