Customer Experience research and design project for a local, organic salad, takeout restaurant. Applying design research principles to customer interaction, visual hierarchy, menu content, and visual design. Developing survey and customer interview scripts. Launching an online ordering menu in 2022.
Working with the 20 person design implementation team, I created over 100 design assets for the seasonal global toolkit. The deliverable was an online catalog with links to the digital and print assets housed on the digital asset server.
