Developed interactive 3D graphics in C++ using OpenGL scene graphs to guide operators of medical ultrasound devices.
Designed and implemented a flexible, GPU based image processing pipeline in CUDA and C++ that replaced an FPGA component used in prior products. Incorporated comprehensive automated testing using a combination of Microsoft unit test framework tests and deployment tests implemented in Matlab. Wrote Python scripts for test code generation. Optimized kernel performance using Nsight profiler.
Designed and integrated image pre-processing and inference modules for AI powered clinical workflows in close collaboration with innovation group.
