* Designed threat indicator management and enforcement tools for scaling FB's Integrity and security around malware scanning, URL extraction, and intel sharing (ThreatExchange) across every product surface.

* Scaled up FB's URL enforcement tools for extracting, identifying, and enforcing on 1B+ abusive URLs across all FB's product surfaces

Performed software design and overhaul of contact form system as part of Protect and Care team

Unified HDFS and MySQL data sources to generate analytical report regarding existing contact form utilization, bug logs, and user behaviors, in order to identify high-impact software components and forms for redesign

Developed new form data submission, validation, encryption, and storage architecture, with a focus on site integrity, user privacy, and latency

Project Title: Workflow Management for Climate Data Analysis

Designed and developed Python-based data management framework for climate data analysis jobs as part of CASCADE project, with emphasis on data latency, job integrity, and scalability on NERSC HPC systems; experimented on and evaluated existing climate analysis use cases, workflow frameworks, and workflow management solutions; created in-situ memory management system for scalable direct data transfers between workflow task

Multiple Provider Scheduler UI Redesign: Overhauled web-based UI for scheduler client used by ambulatory clinicians; developed within ASP.NET framework to build a customizable schedule view that renders appointments in a modern “appointment slots” format, allowing users to compare

schedules, review patient data, and edit information intuitively;

Performed as key team member with other interns and colleagues to rebuild existing code; held regular meetings with supervisors, workgroups, and physicians to present demos and discuss design choices, use cases, and future directions
