Ever since I was a kid, I have always known that I would become a creative builder. My brain would just be filled with ideas and projects that I needed to bring to life. I grew up in a developing country, El Salvador, with fewer opportunities. My parents’ sacrifices made it possible for me to come to the United States in 2008.  At twelve years old, destiny put me in the center of the tech world. It put me in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding city that nourishes talent. It shaped me into having a growth mindset and big dreams. 

I am a driven software engineer with a professional background in project management with a degree in Information Systems. To me, being a software engineer is more than just a job or career. I consider it an opportunity to showcase my technical skills and contribute to something much more significant, the future of technology. Inspiring the youth to never give up on their dreams has always pushed me to become a better programmer and human being. I believe that I am working towards making a change in the world; this is why I have become a software engineer.
