In Venture Capital, we build and maintain our proprietary General Ledger for venture firms and their partners.

Currently, I work on a project that is developing internal tools to enable Carta’s Fund Administrators to better serve our clients.

I produce engaging photo and video content for athletes and brands. Previous and active clients include Olympic athletes, New Balance, and Under Armour.

Manage a team of over a dozen developers. Lead and organize onboarding plan for new hires. Responsible for maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline. Work with sales and client operations to organize and prioritize projects into future sprints. Check-in regularly with direct reports to assess productivity, morale, and review short-term and long-term goals. Review PRs and maintain a regular release cadence.

As an individual contributor I design, build, debug, and/or maintain our react applications, apache beam pipelines, kubernetes deployments, CDN infrastructure, various google cloud platform deployments, and devops monitoring tools.
