I love puzzles and can be incessantly curious to learn the "how" and "why" of solutions, and I love the aspect of creativity and the creation of solution mechanisms. I find it very poetic and rewarding to program something into existence and watch it run and interact with the world, as though it were alive.
* Coordinated the interdependencies of multiple features across multiple Patient Cloud solutions applications
** Assisted with the development of the award-winning Patient Portal application “myMedidata”, with which users worldwide can track multiple clinical studies that they are participating in, as well as monitoring the status of patients they’ve been assigned as caregivers
** Simultaneously updated the front-end of related portals connected to the release of myMedidata on the administrative side, giving clinicians supervision across many trials across the world, allowing them to contact participants, manage remote signing documents, and transfer data within teams across multiple platforms
* Implemented testing scenarios within multiple automation frameworks (Cucumber and Robot) to future-proof the myMedidata application from key issues, resulting in significantly shorter validation periods for manual testing by QA and bug fixing by developers
* Collaborated with the India branch of engineering as a team across timezones to manage the Robot framework and implement it as part of the deployment process, allowing developers to catch bugs before releasing and saving time and resources
* Eventually becoming the sole engineer on the Professional Services Engineering (PSE) Team, configured and managed both the hardware and software for client locations, using YML config files, Python and Kotlin scripts, SQL queries, and in-house package deployment tools
* Created/updated menus for clients by modifying XML/XSD files and generating XML menu files with Python and YML files, as well as working very closely with the Customer Support (CS) Team to respond to client requests and the Hardware Team to configure store servers
* Improved in-house tools, such as Python scripts to generate store configurations and parse CSV files for menus, as well as a React UI site to make API calls to the database, allowing the CS Team to modify the database on demand
* Joined the Full Stack Development team and worked with PHP / Drupal to implement options for business teams to configure and customize sites for various countries
* Using React.js, styled-components, and Material-UI to help redesign and add new features to the Job Search and Job Details components in a single-page app to navigate posted jobs
