Responsibility:
Product designer for the Online Jobs product line under the LinkedIn Talent Solutions org. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to build innovative solutions helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to easily try, buy, and succeed at hiring the most qualified candidates for the jobs they post.
Key achievements:
Led the product design of “Open to hiring”. Open to hiring was one of the most impactful and innovative products of the recruitment industry in 2021. The product solved critical and chronic pain points of hiring managers and job seekers. The product brought a differential competitive advantage to LinkedIn. 6 months after the launch of this product, it grew the Online Jobs business by over X00% (the top growth driver of the SMB hiring business).
Led the product design of “Cost per qualified applicant”, a new and innovative pricing model where Online Jobs customers only pay for qualified applicants. Partnered with product management, pricing, and other cross functional partners to develop the new pricing model that increased the Online Jobs customer and retention by X0%.
