• Facilitate and coordinate air import and export operations, ensuring compliance with relevant
regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation, such as airway bills, commercial invoices, and
customs clearance documents.
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, carriers, customs
authorities, and other logistics partners, to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Arrange and monitor shipments from origin to destination, tracking and updating relevant parties on
the status and progress of shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines and ground handling agents to ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process, taking proactive measures to
minimize disruptions.
• Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, trade agreements, and industry best practices,
and ensure compliance in all operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators, including shipment volumes, transit
times, and delivery accuracy.
