• Design Lead for Control Tower, a dashboard to manage digital finances. Key features were: Turn Card On/Off, Recurring Payments, Connected Apps, and Digital Wallets. Responsibilities included: information architecture, interaction and visual design, creating new components and UI patterns, and creating and maintaining developer specifications, and providing direction to visual and content designers.
• Design Lead of Account Details Credit Card, for launch of WF mobile native app. Responsibilities included interaction and visual design, and creating a dynamic-content card mobile component.
• Design Lead for ANG Email & Mobile Alerts, a system delivering 1B monthly servicing alerts. Responsibilities included: creating and maintaining a Figma Standard Template file which defined sub-brands, messaging categories, color theory, email components, designer best practices, and developer specifications; creating multiple new CMS components; creating and maintaining an illustration repository; documentation of upstream data flows and designer workflows; and creating and maintaining app UIs.
• Technical Design Lead for Security Center, a tool to help protect accounts. Responsibilities included: creating a highly complex Figma prototype; identifying technical complexities; creating developer specifications; and collaborating with product managers, Accessibility, and developers.
• Senior Product Designer support for Stop Payment UIs. Responsibilities included: creating and maintaining multiple UIs and creating developer specifications.
• All projects involved deep collaboration with product and project managers, LOB, LRCC, Accessibility, and developers.
• Design Systems Sage, identified as a SME of design systems and patterns, provided guidance to the Design Systems team on Figma component construction, variable delineation, and prototype interactions.

• Principal Design Lead for the complete transformational redesign of the company's primary website property Keen.com, including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and user research.
• Comprehensive conversion to responsive web design patterns for desktop, tablet, and phone optimization.
• Streamlined and modernized Keen website brand system through a reduced yet enriched contemporary color palette, current web fonts, emotive imagery, and updated icon designs.

Cashflower is a tiny early-stage fintech start-up dedicated to help small businesses and start-ups to manage and predict their cash flow, simply and intuitively.
• Principal UX Director/Designer: I created wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes to transform technical builds into delightful and highly functional interfaces.
• Brand Creative Director: I was a principal contributor to brand strategy, including the Cashflower logo and other brand assets, along with social media imagery, website visual design systems, investor presentation graphics, and other related brand assets.
• Lead Front-End Developer: I was responsible for a significant amount of HTML/CSS coding for front-end level UI/UX development.
