After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering, I shifted my focus to software engineering.  I started by teaching myself frontend web development and building websites.  Once I began full time as a software engineer, I expanded my skillset to the full stack (backend code, databases, ML, and cloud computing). Most recently, I’ve taken interest in systems design and moved into the DevOps/Cloud Engineering space.  This has given me experience identifying software solutions to business needs, architecting systems, deploying and configuring infrastructure, automating tasks, and collaborating with team members at all parts of the process.
