Google Shopping (Huge): A Creative Director at Huge directing visual designers on new Ad Campaign experience. Additionally, helping craft a new shopping experience (Web) that contained a new look and feel across Google’s new design system. Instacart: Built the Ads platform for the consumer experience as well as the backend tooling experience for Consumer Packaged Goods companies like Proctor & Gamble and Unilever. Consumers could bundle savings on everyday items and CPG could set those incentives on the platform. Door Dash: Performed a heuristic review of their mobile consumer ordering experience finding two detailed areas that contained friction. Twitter: Helped the Gold Bird team reinvent several product ideas that would unlock new revenue streams not tied to Ad income. Molekule: Redesigned the entire native mobile experience (iOS & Android) for several air purification products. This involved hardware onboarding (Wifi & Bluetooth), settings, filter statuses as well as a design system. Cameo: Redesigned their talent screens on mobile. Vocal advocate for product excellence, ensuring that the Ancestry community has the best tools possible to create meaningful experiences. Key focus is to increase bill-through-rate & create additional subscription revenue by cross-selling DNA kits. • Increased revenue by 14% for a $30M subscription-based subsidiary within the Ancestry portfolio. Key focus was to stabilize the bill-through-rate and create additional revenue through funnel, checkout and cross-sell opportunities. • Led 8 designers across web and mobile ensuring design, product and engineering met OKR’s. This resulted in an increase of unique ideas and higher quality designs to be implemented. ### Senior & Lead UX Designer(Freelance) @ SapientRazorfish Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco, CA • Led the redesign of a Choicehotels.com e-commerce experience that sells $1.3 billion per year through its site. • The redesign included behavioral triggers such as social proofing, scarcity and price-value bias. Additionally, the new e-commerce experience was built using a responsive and adaptive approach. • Team dynamics included weekly in-depth client meetings with VP & Director level Marketing, E-commerce and Mobile teams to defend decision making and align internal team exploration and design deliverables. ### Lead UX Designer @ Fantasy Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | San Francisco • @Google, Led UX and visual design work with several teams at Google’s SF (345 Spear Bldg.) building a material design, responsive marketing experience for Analytics, AdWords, AdSense, My Business and Retail. • @Sunpower, Led the experience and story-telling around their new global marketing site for solar. Key focus was to create a new brand experience that conveyed how easy purchasing solar can be.
