As a Product Design Lead at T-Mobile, I lead UX for the company’s prepaid brands (Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile Prepaid, Assurance Wireless, and Connect by T-Mobile).
Lead a team of product designers responsible for end-to-end digital experiences across all of T-Mobile's prepaid brands — Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile Prepaid, Assurance Wireless, and Connect by T-Mobile — spanning e-commerce and customer service channels.

Manage team operations, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project prioritization to align with business goals.

Collaborate with Business, Marketing and Product stakeholders to implement design strategies aligning with OKRs across Prepaid digital channels.

Partner with UX Research to embed iterative testing and user feedback into the design process, ensuring design decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.

Mentor and grow designers through targeted coaching and skill development, supporting individual career growth and team excellence.

Promote design quality and consistency across products by facilitating critiques and leadership reviews.

Advocate for design's strategic value across the organization by promoting user-centered thinking, iterative testing and competitive analysis.
