- Streamlined debugging by developing an interactive visual timeline tool from Splunk logs. Enhanced
the tool with analysis capabilities so that it found and highlighted already-known issues.
- Traveled on-site to meet with customers (their call center, fleet maintenance, dispatchers).
- Developed bug fixes which prevented more than $4 million in wrongful charges.
