Collaborated with a design team to advance frontline workforce initiatives through the integration of artificial intelligence and virtual agents. Contributed to the development of early-stage products built on the Microsoft Copilot AI platform and Microsoft Teams Application. Played a key role in conducting customer research and applying design thinking principles to conceptualize, develop, and launch solutions aimed at enhancing collaboration between technicians and managers. Worked closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of results, improving daily workflows for global customers.

Engaged with frontline workers to design augmented, hands-free experiences that deliver contextual knowledge. Developed early-stage products and influential visual and interaction designs. Senior Designer on HXT (Hololens Experiences Team). Concepting and designing the future of Mixed Reality, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality for Microsoft. Guided a range of explorations. Provided creative directional input. Generated multiple credible design solutions. Engaged in divergent/convergent group work. Judged solution quality and context appropriateness. Created prototypes to understand the problem or requirements, create consensus around designs, and demonstrate design intent or feasibility.

Worked on many futuristic strategic concepts, including Hololens and the future of virtual reality and augmented reality for Microsoft in the area of spatial computing and interaction. Explored new challenges and possibilities in design and experience creation for Holographic Computing, pioneering a new category with the first head mounted mobile Mixed Reality device. Focused on uncovering insights and opportunities, I expanded my existing 3D skills to design dimensionally, crafting user experiences with holograms. As part of the "more personal computing" initiative, I developed numerous demos and prototypes to identify the best-fit scenarios and experiences for this innovative technology.

Following the acquisition of Perceptive Pixel, I led a design team tasked with bringing large-screen collaborative interactions to office conference rooms. In collaboration with project managers and developers, rapidly explored and developed innovative concepts for large-scale multitouch interaction. The project encompassed everything from UX/UI design to creating marketing materials, driving the vision for enhanced collaboration in the workplace.

Envisioned the future of gestural interfaces and voice interaction as part of the Kinect for Windows team, a full-body gesture and voice recognition system. My role involved storyboarding, scenario planning, and prototype creation in collaboration with early adopters. I also art directed, produced, and designed with Microsoft clients and internal teams. Additionally, I contributed to conference demos, enabling executives to showcase the latest prototypes.

As associate creative director I helped lead a cross-disciplinary creative team in the Seattle office spanning product design, interaction design, user research and innovation strategy. Provided creative direction and specific hands-on design solutions across a diverse range of platforms from websites, desktop software, mobile applications to embedded software and large scale digital environments. My clients have included Microsoft, Home Depot, Sony, Ford, Amazon(IMDB), History Channel, Pizza Hut, Rhapsody Music and P&G. I have worked across many domains of interaction including Surface(PixelSense), Apple iPad, Windows Phone, Windows 8 Tablet and Xbox.

Electric Rain was a fast moving 3D and multimedia software company developing software and a technology that significantly shortens the time it takes to publish 3D vector animations to the Internet.Electric Rain was specifically involved in the development of 3D vector animations for Flash websites using their software Swift3D.

Nujuice was a company specializing in new media design and development in Flash. I was personally in charge of various interactive projects from start to completion for a broad client base.

I project managed the clients directly myself. Then developed the designs for interfaces and interactivity often in parallel with other projects. The projects always involved the design and build of a unique functional navigation system for each client, using multimedia from 3DMax, After Effects and Flash.

Worked as a senior designer for Balthaser Online in a small but dynamic and talented team. I worked on developing a new online presentation application for the web using Adobe(Macromedia) Flash. I was responsible for the creative design, interactive content and usability of the site which included many animated system elements.

I helped advise and gave guidance to other team members on visual design and multimedia pieces within the application. Working closely with the Creative Director, I helped in envisioning the future of the company brand and aided in producing materials for marketing and advertising.

Responsible for all of Garanti Technology’s clients in need of visual design services. This included their primary client Garanti Bank. I was Involved in a new ATM design to be used on every cash machine owned by Garanti Bank using Flash for the interface design.

Other clients included Alo Garanti, Garanti Leasing and Garanti Portfolio, all financial teams within Doğuş Holding. I also worked closely with the programming team integrating design elements according to client requirements. This was exciting challenge in a foreign language and taught me much about good communication in a team.
