I am a tech-lead at Intuit proficient at driving high-impact projects with a high level of cross-team and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders from multiple business units. I actively contribute to governance councils, architecture forums, roadmap planning, recruiting and career development.

I am currently working as a Tech Lead in the Global Architecture and Developer Ecosystems(GADE) team where, along with 5 other engineers, I am leading the transformation of Intuit’s City Map (Enterprise Architecture management platform) into an AI native experience that models the organization as a unified graph of products, capabilities, people, code, and operational systems enabling intelligent search, PRD-to-architecture generation and automated code scaffolding via deep integrations with the internal developer portal and Intuit Data Lake.

Prior to this, as part of the same GADE team I have led the DevSuccess Platform team which was a team of 7 full-stack engineers that owns the AI based developer support automation and insights platform.

I have previously led the Campaign Management team which had 8 full stack engineers.

• Built as an AI-native platform, it provides the capability to manage, activate, track and optimize multi-channel campaigns.

• reduced the time taken to launch campaigns from weeks to just a few hours.

Prior to that I led the Global Web Platform(GWP) team that was a group of 17 full-stack software engineers.

• responsible for all Marketing pages across Quickbooks and parts of TurboTax and Mailchimp.

• CMS driven rich visual editing experience, deep personalization and experimentation.

• successfully handled 40K+ tps traffic during tax peaks.

I worked as a tech lead and eventually as a manager for a team of six engineers focused on building infrastructure for Ads products and driving design system adoption across enterprise products.

My team's work on the platform enabled dozens of teams and 1K+ engineers across the Ads organization.

• My team worked on building and maintaining parts of the web framework used to build Google Ads and other Ads products like Adsense, Admob etc.

• We contributed to the FE framework (Angular), the associated component library and the Ads Design System (based on Material Design).

• We also built various custom tools to enable developer velocity and improve design system adoption. We owned the entire tech stack and delivered the end to end experience.

• My team also worked on Ads wide accessibility efforts focusing on developer education and related tooling which enabled all the critical Ads products adopt the latest accessibility guidelines.

• In addition, we collaborated with UX Researchers and Designers to build custom tools for improving their workflow by simplifying their access to analytics data and product logs thus improving their ability to deliver data driven results.

• As a manager guided two of my direct reports to successful promotions.

Previously worked on building the Food Ordering web experience on Google which included a standalone web app and presence across Search and Maps.

• It included order status tracking, getting help etc.

• We integrated with various providers like Postmates, GrubHub.

• It was able to handle 1M orders per day attributable to Google surfaces for all partners across the world.

Earlier I worked on the Google Cloud Admin Console platform as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer.

• Led a team of 6 engineers that built from scratch and maintained a framework that accelerated the development of experiences on the Admin Console and helped dozens of teams save countless hours of development time.

• Led the development and successful launch of large end-user facing modules like user management, group management, Admin Home etc.with full end-to-end ownership of the software development life cycle.

• Among tens of millions of enterprise customers, User management was the most widely used capability and served around 100-200 tps during peak hours.

• Led developer productivity efforts and facilitated collaboration between engineers spread across dozens of teams.

• Helped develop a declarative settings framework that eased the onboarding of settings owned by other apps like Gmail, YouTube etc. on to the Admin Console.

As a full-stack engineer and the Application Lead with a team of 8 engineers (across FE, BE and Devops), I was responsible for end-to-end application development and delivery.
