In 2002 I co-founded planetRE and deployed the real estate industry’s first cloud-based transaction management system. Nobody believed brokerages would move to the cloud.

They did.

Over the next 23 years we built the only full-stack brokerage operating system that combines CRM, Transaction Management, and Financial ERP on a single cloud platform — plus native Agentic AI launched in January 2025. Not a bolt-on. Not a wrapper. Purpose-built for how brokerages actually operate.

Along the way we processed over 5 million residential real estate transactions and earned 5 seminal patents in AI property search and CRM — foundational IP that defines how AI interacts with property data and agent relationships.
