Some products were aromatic and derivatives of tryptophan; as a result I used Aloe-Vera microbial co-culture with tryptophan to target production of specific derivatives in order to further analyze its structure for potential uses. ### Research Associate @ Mount Sinai Beth Israel Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 • Assist Physicians in conducting their clinical research through the use of Electronic Medical Records to meet and bring in patients, who fit the criteria of the study being conducted. • Study: Enrollment of ER patients to gather data and compare the Hepatitis C Virus risk factors with demographic characteristics of patients who are positive and negative for HCV antibodies. In addition, individuals who have the Hep C antibodies are tested to ensure whether the virus is still present, and if so they are treated.
