# Suelen Vale > Staff Product Designer Location: United States, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/suelen I’m a Product Designer in San Francisco with a passion for creating efficient, delightful digital experiences. I thrive in the problem space, and I'm passionate about interaction design. When making design decisions, I believe in the balanced combination of qualitative and quantitative data, as well as relying on my experience and instincts. As a Latin American immigrant in the U.S., and having experience working in a highly competitive industry, I've become adaptable, and resourceful. I have a growth mindset and I'm always investing in my career and education. I went to Journalism school and worked as a reporter for a while, which fine-tuned my investigative skills and critical thinking. My interest in people and willingness to delve into different perspectives are the backbones of how I approach design problems today. I'm an investigator at heart, always curious about human behavior and excited about beautiful products that work. ## Work Experience ### Staff Product Designer @ Walmart Data Ventures Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States ### Senior Product Designer @ Walmart Data Ventures Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area Formed in 2021, Walmart Data Ventures is continually bringing to life new business applications of Walmart's scale and powerful first-party data to drive innovation in today's rapidly evolving retail landscape with our suite of advanced data science products. ### Senior Product Designer @ Suelen Vale Jan 2018 – Present | World Most recently, I've been working on an AI-powered product experience.
