One of the first 25 engineers at Rubrik, I worked on various projects spanning multiple teams. I started out by setting up Rubrik's python unit-testing framework and optimizing database schema-changes across upgrades. As part of the UI team, I put in place the build-system for typescript and guidelines for transitioning old JS code to TS.
Most recently, as part of the security team (S.H.I.E.L.D.) I built Rubrik's code-signing infrastructure, and then Rubrik's encryption layer that sits between Rubrik machines and data-archival targets. As part of S.H.I.E.L.D., I played a central role in designing and implementing role-based-access-control for Rubrik.
Outside of S.H.I.E.L.D., I developed numerous tools to boost developer and bug-triager productivity, including a few Scala compiler plugins and a novel code-review framework that aims to catch a lot of common bugs automatically during code reviews.
