Dedicated to solving challenging problems at scale, leveraging deep user research and strategic thinking to shape product roadmaps. Own end-to-end Growth & Retention user experience design, across responsive web, iOS and a chrome extension.

• Focus on core product on our SaaS platform -Alert Triage, launched in April 2021.

• Led design for key features: alerts prioritizing and monitoring, end-to-end configuration flow, onboarding and guide, growth track.

• Drove short-term rental and payment management design for hosts on iOs App

• Led v4 research/design - the marketplace for rental service providers, such as cleaners.

∙ Designed multiple public projects, including SF Aquatic Park Restoration.

∙ Translated stakeholders’ feedbacks into graphics/visual redesign documents.

∙ Selected in 2018 student program, compiled “Bay Watch” portfolio (published Dec 2018).

∙ Co-led the equitable visioning campaign through 4 workshops with 40+ residents.

∙ The equitable design has impacted Seattle Othello Link Station zoning development.

∙ Wrote the Master degree thesis, which won the Honor Award of WASLA, 2018
