Led cross-functional teams of PMs, marketing, support, designers and architects to understand and improve the CX journeys for GreenLake cloud platform onboarding, Partner experience for SaaS & IaaS services, End to end Support experience and Private cloud experience for HPE Hybrid Cloud portfolio.
Successfully drove strategy, concept and delivery for first mobile app at HPE for InfoSight for predictive analytics and recommendations. Led concept and design for Welcome Center which for consumer-grade onboarding experience scaling it from Nimble, Primera to dHCI and other HPE products.
