I specialize in customer-centric innovation, defining product roadmaps, translating customer insights into actionable insights, ux concepts and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Vibe coding AI tools to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric products.

Leading pan-hpe UX Strategy for HPE GreenLake initiatives focused on agentic ai use cases for IT teams.
Founded and currently leading HPE Innovation catalysts design thinking initiative to drive pan-HPE customer centric innovation to improve the CX journeys in Hybrid Cloud & AI automation. Led cross-functional teams of PMs, marketing, support, designers and architects to understand and improve the CX journeys for GreenLake cloud platform onboarding, Partner experience for SaaS & IaaS services, End to end Support experience and Private cloud experience for HPE Hybrid Cloud portfolio.
 

Successfully drove strategy, concept and delivery for first mobile app at HPE for InfoSight  for predictive analytics and recommendations. Led concept and design for Welcome Center which for consumer-grade onboarding experience scaling it from Nimble, Primera to dHCI and other HPE products.
