• Dentca CAD version 2.0 was for complete over denture and has a little difficulty to design uni-arch denture.

• The main features are data and application structure for uni-arch, automatic teeth setup for uni-arch and other enhanced features.

• All the features were designed and developed by myself only. Because other developers have joined later 2013 and early 2014, so they needed learning period of dental knowledge and 3D models.

• Dentca CAD is a dental CAD software to design a denture from 3D surface model of impressions taken by 3D scanner.

• The older version (v1.0) has some features to design denture, loading gum models and a preset teeth model.

• Version 2.0 has not only many enhanced basic feature of it but also new features. The new features are server side teeth database, dection gum's charactristics, automatic indivisual teeth setup, generating festooned gum, adjusting gum, creating denturebase and authority controller.

• The major technical features are a 3D mesh data structure, handling nested MCS (model coordinate system), shape recognition, Octree/KDtree, extrude 3D surfaces, surface CSG operations, OpenGL and webservice API server by using PHP and MySQL.
