● Spearheaded the scale testing effort for Platform9 Managed Openstack which revealed bottlenecks in homegrown and 3rd party services, also baselined the performance and latency with load.

● Developed an extensible framework to backup Kubernetes’ datastore Etcd to a local filesystem.

● Containerization of Openstack Heat orchestration service to run in a clustered environment to enable horizontal scaling.

● Designed and Implemented a scheduling service which provisioned Instances by intelligently building a global view of resource usage

from different host aggregates along with various filtering capabilities which lead to a datacenter utilization of upto 90%.

● Developed host based utilization meters for Openstack Ceilometer which collected stats from various hypervisors connected to

Platform9.

Worked as a Java Software Developer for 2 products: Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module(APIC-EM) and Cisco Prime Infrastructure.

Responsibilites :

• Developed a Java Web Application on top of Cisco’s SDN Controller to provision Cisco IWAN configuration by orchestrating with various microservices.

• Spearheaded the implementation of Neighbor Visualization feature while working on Discovery in Cisco Prime Infrastructure(PI), which improved the Traceability by 20%.

• Implemented a module to store and deploy Virtual Appliances’ Images as part of Container Management for Cisco PI, which essentially automated the OVA Image Management.
