I work in the digital service initiatives branch within the Ministry of Citizens’ Services on their Common Capabilities & AI Platforms team. In this role, I’ve led UX design operations across multiple services, improving accessibility, content structure, and user flows for tools that support businesses, employers, workforce participation, and permitting journeys. I also identified scalability challenges as these products expanded to larger enterprise teams, and redesigned the information architecture to reduce complexity and improve feature discoverability.
I’m also currently designing an application at the Murphy Foundation that enables small business owners and entrepreneurs to access interest-free microloans from global lenders, helping create more inclusive access to funding.
