In this role, I’ve led UX design operations across multiple services, improving accessibility, content structure, and user flows for tools that support businesses, employers, workforce participation, and permitting journeys. I also identified scalability challenges as these products expanded to larger enterprise teams, and redesigned the information architecture to reduce complexity and improve feature discoverability.
