Architect and build end-to-end APIs, driving the roadmap for services that power ML inferencing for personalized content, recommendations, and next best actions based on user behaviour analytics for Adobe Express
Build customized indexing and semantic search for data dictionaries, and develop context-aware model protocols that enable data scientists and product managers to discover and query data using natural language, accelerating research and insights
Build, publish, and maintain an analytics client library that standardizes data collection across all Adobe Express platforms, creating a single source of truth for reliable business intelligence
Develop and maintain pre-compile data quality tooling that scans and analyzes 1M+ TypeScript files in a monorepo. The system detects and blocks non-compliant analytics events and properties in pull requests, running with a near-zero failure rate and a mean runtime of 42s. Enforcing data quality standards through this tooling eliminated manual code reviews and improved analytics data quality by 22% YoY across the codebase
Develop and maintain a Chrome extension for capturing live analytics data streams to validate and debug events triggered in the product. Aggregate and publish active data quality reports on health and status pages all stakeholders (PM, Data Science, Dev, Leadership)
Configure OpenTelemetry integrations for observability, implementing custom metrics and monitoring on critical tooling, and establishing feedback loops for performance-driven development
Configure CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, automating the build and publishing process for Adobe Express to Apple, Google, and Samsung app stores, improving release stability and time-to-market
Optimize and automate release management workflows (branching, merging, conflict resolution, versioning) for Android and iOS applications, reducing manual effort and enabling safe, consistent deployments of releases, rollbacks, and hotfixes

Wrote infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform, implementing end-to-end CI/CD automation pipelines to deploy Lambda, Java, and Python services in multi-region AWS environments, supporting 4 teams, on a petabyte scale for the Autodesk Data Platform
Deployed and managed multiple big data tools including Astronomer, Databricks, EMR, Hive, and Spark clusters. Built automation tools to enhance reliability and performance across data pipelines and compute workloads
Authored IAM roles and policies for access control, security, and compliance. Remediated over 600 over-provisioned IAM roles to follow the least privilege model, and collaborated with security and audit teams on threat modeling of software components to patch and resolve high-risk vulnerabilities
Created monitors, synthetic tests, enhanced observability, and self-healing alerts to maintain data platform health and stability using Datadog, Pepperdata, AWS CloudWatch, and custom metrics.
Developed and supported processes to maintain service uptime by defining and implementing SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for platform components

Set up and deployed Jenkins Enterprise servers to consolidate multiple open-source Jenkins instances into a single managed platform; migrated approximately 3,000 Jenkins jobs with zero downtime.
Deployed and managed Artifactory servers for custom packages, and built and published hardened base images for production use.
Wrote automation scripts for backup, restore, tagging, and deletion of snapshots, volumes, and databases
Designed and implemented high-availability and disaster-recovery architecture for in-house Bitbucket and Confluence platforms
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to build microservices and scalable applications using Docker and AWS Lambda, onboarding developer teams to end-to-end build and release automation workflows via CI/CD pipelines and replacing legacy release processes
Debugged and troubleshot real-time production issues across deployments, networking, databases, and AWS services to ensure system reliability and uptime
Build and Manage infrastructure configuration using Chef and Ansible, and provided automated access management with custom wrappers on Active Directory for user onboarding, offboarding, and ticketing workflows

As a Graduate Researcher, I worked with 3 professors on some very cool projects in the team that built applications and solutions for Data Visualization, Internet of Things(IoT), Smart Grids, Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Big Data.
I have worked on Docker, Ansible, OpenStack/AWS, VMWare, Python/C++, Linux technology stack.
Responsibilities:
Managing orchestration, configuration and provisioning of Apache Hadoop using OpenStack and Ansible.
Created new stacks on AWS using cloudformation and used Puppet automate tasks on many servers at once.
Analysed and implemented research based project frameworks for CI/CD using Jenkins.
Simulated multi-tenant and scalable models in virtual environment using Docker.
Managed Linux server installations over bare-metal and VMWare environments.
Installing, configuring CentOS, Ubuntu and managing student user accounts, permissions and storage allocations.
Writing automation scripts for everyday tasks. Spinning up new instances and creating snapshots.
Debugging and testing codes and assisting students with assignments.
Performing network device installations, configuration and troubleshooting.
Documented installation guide and tutorials for the Electrical Engineering department.
As a researcher I also focused on emulation of a virtual environment for small SDN enabled data center consisting of multiple tenants and application deployment using Docker.
Accomplishments:
Successfully collaborated with PhD, and Masters candidates and worked on multiple projects through agile methodologies extensively during this time. Published a paper called "Application Layer Quality of Service Deployed on Software Defined Networks"
Mumbai Area, India
As a summer intern in Hewlett Packard, i was able to experience hands on knowledge of how things work in a mission critical data center
Responsibilities:
Assisted in configuration and maintenance of routing and switching hardware form Cisco and HP at L2/L3
Assisted data center engineers in process of migrating from old routers, switches and firewalls to new devices.
Followed internal/external escalation and notifications, resolved issues via phone and email.
Monitored live traffic, logs, memory and disc utilization,
I was assigned with BGP connection and firewall administration and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues.
Takeaways:
Experience working in a 24x7 environment, assisting in issues related network/system outages.
Understanding switches and router platforms, upgrading devices and working in multi-vendor environment.
