Ejenta's agent platform is based on exclusively licensed NASA technology and 20 years of research in human activity modeling, human-robot interaction, multi-agent systems and security. As the sole design and product leader, I led all aspects of their service design including requirements gathering, user research, concept development, interaction & visual design, and messaging. Key accomplishments: * Launched two remote health monitoring pilots with Kaiser-Permanente using Nokia's connected health ecosystem (formerly Withings). * Created responsive web app design with full support on phones, tablets, and desktops. * Led the data analytics strategy including population, individual, & predictive analytics. * Developed Alexa & Google Assistant voice prototypes in collaboration with engineering team. * Designed blue sky product integration concepts to attract wellness partners. * Ran collaborative design workshop for clinicians at Kaiser-Permanente's Innovation Center. ### Principal Designer & Owner @ Ginsburg Design Jan 2006 – Jan 2014 | San Francisco Bay Area Ran own user experience consultancy, working closely with wide range of clients to leverage design thinking and strong execution to achieve their business goals. Photos' design team and managed budget and relationships with outside design agencies. Our last major redesign improved photo search, image editing, and sharing. As part of Yahoo!'s design leadership team, I developed Agile UX best practices and shared these practices company-wide and externally via guest lectures. ### Senior Interaction Designer @ Yahoo Jan 1999 – Jan 2001 Led the interaction design for a wide range of Yahoo!'s products such as Photos, Groups, and Profiles. Worked closely with user researchers on ethnographic studies and usability tests. Organized the interaction design lecture series and helped develop training materials for new designers. ### Interaction Design Intern @ United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Jan 1998 – Jan 1999 Designed service to trace the journey and fate of Holocaust victims.
