• Led the transition from hybrid to native, designing both native iOS and Android experiences. This involved creating Figma mockups and fully clickable prototypes, conducting user research, leading cross-team discussions, and iterative design improvements.

• Contributed to the conversation design of LoreBot, an AI-powered mental health chatbot.

• Collaborated with design team on an innovative component-based design system, following the Lore brand, accessibility guidelines, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design.

• Worked directly with development team to clarify questions, discuss new concepts, and review test and production apps for usability and consistency with Figma designs.

• Leading a major update to our onboarding experience, working directly with other teams, conducting user research, and designing a more efficient onboarding flow. Created at desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes.

• Leading design on a robocall blocker mobile app for both native iOS and Android.

• Created a fully clickable prototype in Figma of our full product for our business team to utilize in their sales to brokers and other businesses.

• Led a new identity restoration feature in our application, allowing user's to understand their status at a glance. Created at desktop, tablet and mobile sizes.

• Collaborated with our design team on our major website and app design system update. My part in this is leading the mobile side of our redesign, researching and brainstorming best practices and techniques.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete designs the most efficiently and accurately. The teams I regularly work with include: marketing, product, copy writing, legal, development, management, and design research.

• Supporting legacy designs. This is done by answering development and product management questions in Figma comments and Slack channels, making edits to legacy Figma files, and updating related Jira and Confluence tickets.

I am currently leading a team of 5 designers on the oneleif website project. This task involves diving up design tasks, managing our Trello Board, working on designs in Figma, leading weekly meetings, and meeting with other team leads.

Bread for the Journey Project:

oneleif is currently working on a website redesign project for the local non-profit Bread for the Journey. I am the current solo designer of this project. This involves design research, communicating with oneleif developers and Bread for the Journey members, and creating low to high fidelity mockups in Figma.
