Hello world!

I'm a designer/engineer hugely interested in social computing, place attachment and spatial interactions.

For the past year, I've worked as a UX designer, involved throughout the design process - from conducting interviews and collecting data, to designing and testing, while also working on business pitches and such.

Prior to that, I've created graphic novels, animated short films and made a whole bunch of drawings. Before even that, I did some coding.

Suffice to say, it's been an interesting journey!

I'm currently enrolled as in UCSC as a HCI student, and I'm open to collaborating with you!

### User Experience Designer @ Brillio
Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 | Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Creation of a gamified meeting platform: identified the attendee journey, gaps and pain points, conducted field studies and interviews to generate solution hypotheses and designed the meeting platform. Employed gamification techniques to increase engagement.
- Re-design a multi-software CRM system: Conducted stakeholder workshops, user interviews, and heuristic evaluation to identify major task flows and pain points across different platforms. Re-designed the platform to be more task-specific and streamlined for the various personas. Reduced the number of clicks by 40% when completing key tasks, while improving usability. 
- Assessment of business needs to create a platform for the future state of the evolving Automotive landscape: Conducted stakeholder workshops to identify the evolving needs of different segments of the automotive market and identified a cross-system user journey involving multiple personas. Mapped user archetype needs to business goals to identify key journeys to be targeted, and designed workflows for the same.
