I am a Staff Product Designer at Addepar based in New York City. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an Information Systems Major and a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) minor.

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to build features for our white-label ordering experience

Use Mixpanel data and output from opportunity workshops to identify areas of opportunity to increase conversions in our while-label ordering experience

Work closely with product to build and contribute to a prioritizing framework to shape the product roadmap

Work with data science and ENG teams to pitch & execute A/B tests that increased conversions 0.2-0.6%!

Built a Figma library for the B2C design system so that we can maintain designs systematically at scale
Lead designer for Olo's design system:
•
Work with the core DS team to scale and establish processes for using and expanding the DS
•
Hold formal UI reviews with designers who are utilizing our nascent DS to ensure their designs follow DS patterns/guidelines
•
Oversaw the migration of our DS from Sketch to Figma and onboarded the team to Figma
•
Host a design UI forum for designers to ask visual design related questions, propose new components to the DS and ensure we're utilizing the DS consistently within our business units
Created self-service features for our Dashboard tool that restaurants use to manage their digital ordering operations — improved onboarding to Olo's platform from a matter of weeks to seconds
Lead designer for Olo's design system:

Worked closely with front-end engineers to design and pilot a design system with upcoming B2B features
•
Evangelized the design system and assisted other teams who adopted it
