Ensure overall product quality for all aspects of Airtable, including data, APIs, and mobile application.

Prioritize key tests and scenarios based on historic issues, in collaboration with Customer Success,

Identify gaps in test approach, strategize on a plan to fill the gaps, and then execute that plan.

Define and implement metrics to communicate the quality of the products.

Take initiative on opportunities to improve the QE process, and to expand test coverage and capabilities

Developing functional, stress and system-level test suite and test infrastructure in manual and automated ways to measure code quality and coverage.

Developing test capabilities like fault injection, customer scenario simulation, end-end functional and performance testing.

Work closely with Engineering, Product and Operations team to understand user stories and process flows to automate the test cases faster. Also lead, help and mentor other QA Engineers.

Analyze functional requirements and convert to technical specifications. Translate specs into working software.

Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction. Perform Unit testing.

Providing support for critical production issues. Ensure software integrations with other systems. Support release and deployment activities.
