2nd Address is a marketplace of premium furnished homes for long-term extended stays, connecting hosts with guests and facilitating easy booking and communication between them through the whole process.

• Led and managed design and execution of the end-to-end experience for both guests and hosts facing products. Strategically optimizing the experience with real-time data metrics and user stories.
