• Introduced data democratization at Daraz by designing trainings, security protocols, and engagement activities leading to the doubling of active database users in 6 months without any security threats.

• Led a team of 8 Analysts and 6 Engineers to drive the highest business value from the data we collect (via dashboarding, data analysis, and product integrations).

• Finding gaps in the data products available for use at Daraz, and coordination with Alibaba tech teams to develop and deploy said products to efficiently support business functions.
