Incorporated mobile-first design, user-centered design thinking, and service design concepts to solve problems for distinct users including credential holders, issuers, and verifiers on iOS, Android, and responsive web. Collaborated closely with fellow designers to ideate and prototype solutions end-to-end across the product experience including streamlining the mobile app onboarding experience to reduce cognitive load, context switching, and duplication of effort. Designed a Medicare microsite for prospects and members that improved bounce rates by about 50% in its first week. Demonstrated a deep understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle and worked cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple orgs, including acquisition and engagement marketing.
