First design hire. Led product, research, & brand design. Frame is a fertility health startup that provides virtual care, evidence-based education, and board-certified fertility coaching and clinical care to help people build their families.

Designed experiences to help independent primary care providers deliver the highest quality patient care. I focused on improving clinical workflows for care teams, integrating patient data from multiple sources, and creating new team management systems for complex healthcare enterprises.

As the first Product Designer at Lambda, I designed end-to-end experiences and interfaces across the student journey to help students learn, track their progress, and successfully launch their tech careers. I researched, designed, and shipped multiple products (e.g., Job Board Tracker, Job Finder, student profiles, learning dashboards), creating a suite of products that work together to empower the student experience.

I built the foundation of our design culture by creating best practices for user research, design processes, and a design system, hiring and mentoring other designers, and advocating for the value of design across the company.
