## Work Experience
### Senior Product Designer - "Prototype Pro" @ Fetch
Jan 2022 – Jan 2025
• Owned end-to-end design strategy and delivery for major product areas. 
• Led the incubation of a 0-1 projects called Fetch Shop: a new line of business for over 12 million MAUs to earn rewards while natively shopping online. Achieved ~17% conversion rate, beating industry average in 3 months.

### Product Designer III - "Innovation Specialist" @ Fetch
Jan 2021 – Jan 2022
• Led cross-functional product and design efforts such as Point Boost which resulted in a 75% increase in sales lift from month 1 to month 3. 
• Mentored junior designers through onboarding, design operations and feedback sessions.

### Product Designer II - "Finesser of Interaction" @ Fetch
Jan 2021 – Jan 2021
• Integrated advanced prototyping (ProtoPie) and design QA process into design team workflows. 
• Redesigned Fetch's most used feature, the receipt scanning experience and improved first time completion rates to over 96% and retention metrics by 12%. 
• Hosted a webinar with the ProtoPie team to highlight that prototyping/design process.

• Led user research initiatives and iterated on quick-win features such as "Snap again" enabling users to seamlessly re-enter the receipt capture flow after completing a scan. 
• Improved user retention and revealed key behavioral insights around multi-snap sessions, shaping future product direction.

• In charge of user experience and interface for Clutch.Win - Video game clip editing and sharing platform. 
• Generated user centered design from exploration to conception for iOS and web features. Assisted in  defining the design system of web and mobile.
•Ideation and creation of the home feed, post details page, and web importer working with cross-functional partners. Created rapid, interactive prototypes using a variety of softwares. (InVision, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)
