### Design Manager, Print + Pattern @ Old Navy

Manage textile design team of 3 divisions- Newborn, Toddler Girl & Toddler boy in the creation and use of print and pattern for baby design (apparel & non-apparel). Collaborate with VP of Baby Design as well as Senior Director of Print & Pattern to interpret needs and establish thematic direction of print for each seasonal collection. Accountable for driving innovation and print design aesthetic direction. Work closely with teams to identify opportunities to improve creative relationships and workflow efficiencies. Fully responsible for ensuring that product is consistent with trends and brand strategy. Responsible for managing calendar and baby print & pattern budget. Mentor, train and develop team members and provide challenging opportunities to leverage their strengths and improve abilities. Present seasonal print and pattern trend direction to leadership teams. Manage and present Print POV at Seasonal Kick Off presentations. Prepare and present print trend and concept boards with product designers at alignment meetings.
