• Designed and modeled efficient data in C++ for the XVIZ protocol to create visualizations of logs generated by self-driving vehicles.

• Parsed Protobuf messages in TypeScript to add interactive features in a JavaScript-based visualization platform resulting in ~15-20% cleaner 3D scene. Updated React.js components to accommodate the new features.

• Implemented tightly packed encoding and decoding of gRPC messages for efficient transfers. Utilized GoogleTest to introduce unit tests as well as round-trip tests across all updated messages and features.

• Defined gRPC entry points and rewrote various components of distributed applications to use the remote procedure calls. Performed Protocol Buffers 2 to 3 migration.

• Created wrappers around various AWS Services (C++ SDK) to be consumed by image processing applications. Introduced mock tests and unit tests for the wrappers using GoogleTest.

• Developed project-wide configuration, JSON Web Token, and authorization libraries using AWS Secrets Manager. Utilized the libraries to add security while interacting with the Image Storage API. Deployed RPMs for libraries on artifactory.

• Improved the flagship Chrome Recorder Extension by revamping various features like the draw tool, custom backgrounds, recording modes, and webcam bubbles.

• Developed the Recorder SDK capable of integrating with third-party workflows allowing users to capture their screens as videos and upload them to the servers.

• Designed and implemented JWT-based token-granting server architecture for secure uploads to private clouds.

• Designed and implemented an IT infrastructure for school bus tracking app with live tracking for parents, notifications, and crucial alerts for the bus fleet owners within cost constraints with Node.js.

• Addressed various technical difficulties, prioritizing tasks, and rapidly adapting the product to meet customer deadlines.
